The Toro and the Robusto nearly share a ring gauge. They don`t share a cigar.⁠
50 & 52 gauge, an inch more length — and the blend tastes different. Not slightly. Meaningfully.⁠

Everybody`s first serious cigar is a #Robusto.⁠
It wasn`t always the default. For most of cigar history the grand formats ruled — the long, ceremonial Churchills and coronas that assumed you had the whole evening and the whole ritual.
